Building Maintenance Unit
We offer a wide range of custom Building Maintenance Unit machines that can either be fixed position or running on anchored or free-laid tracks. Mounted permanently at roof level, a BMU is the safest and most complete form of suspended access system, providing full lateral, horizontal and vertical movement of the working platform. Our BMUs provide hoisting heights of up to 400m and jib outreach up to 35m, enabling safe access to even the tallest and most complex building façades.
What We Do
Wall Mounted Building Maintenance Unit
The track system fixed to the inside face of the parapet wall. Especially for buildings with roofs that are not suitable for bearing the track load or those have insufficient space, as well as for buildings with particularly high parapets.
Floor Mounted Building Maintenance Unit
The Trolley unit runs on twin aluminium tracks positioned directly over the parapet. This track-based standard system suitable for use on building facades without major protrusions.The complete crane machine is suitable for buildings that have larger terraces.
Ceiling Mounted Building Maintenance Unit
Fixed to ceilings, concealed monorail systems are virtually invisible when installed and is the perfect solution when aesthetics are of the utmost importance. These profiles can be powder coated to the color of your choice to ensure the monorail will blend in seamlessly to the building soffit.
Temporary Suspended Platforms
Our Custom Temporary Suspended Platforms are widely applied in maintenance applications such as curtain facade cleaning in high rise building, painting, glazing repairs, bill- board painting, cable installation and other outer working of high rise building up to 150 meters about 30 floors high.

We can design custom tracks for building maintenance unit (BMU) according to your building structure and your detailed requirements, so that every corner of your building can be maintained to keep fresh forever.
Travelling Gantry Systems
Travelling Gantry Systems are designed to provide safe access to flat, sloping or curved areas of glazing, such as roof lights, domes or atria. They are the ideal access solution for maintaining large areas of glazing, our gantries can extend beyond 30m, incorporating free spans in excess of 20m.
Each counter weight approximately weighs 20 to 30 Kg.Gross weight of the each system will be approximately 1000 kg.The system is custom designed for each building.
In order to meet the needs of customers in different occasions, we can design cradle platform of different specifications based on the needs and special structure of the building.
Fixed Davits are an economic and simple solution, with ALTA or SOLO powered platform suspended to one or two Davits.System can easily be dismantled when not in use.
